The App
Hyatt Ziva has an app you can download here. Select Hyatt Ziva Cancun. The app has an interactive map, a directory of restaurants/bars, and a link to the room service number.
Check-in & check-out
Check In: Room Check-In is at 3 pm.
Check Out: Room Check-Out time is 12 pm noon.
Guests may enjoy facilities, bars, restaurants and store your luggage until 3 pm.
You also may request a late check-out with the front desk (additional charge may apply).

You are free to enjoy dinner on your own every evening except our wedding, Saturday, April 10. View restaurant information here.
Restaurants do not require reservations, but for large parties, consider reserving with the concierge (econcierge.zivacancun@hyatt.com) 1-2 weeks in advance.
Thursday, April 8: Our Welcome Party is at 8 pm, so grab dinner around 6 pm to be safe. We will also serve hors d’oeurves at the party.
Friday, April 10: We will return for the catamaran around 5 pm.
Room cleaning schedule is from 9 to 5 pm & turn down service from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Hyatt Ziva is all inclusive. However, you can book upgraded experiences and cabanas through the concierge (econcierge.zivacancun@hyatt.com). See the directory here.
The hotel offers daily activities and entertainment. The schedule will be released 2-weeks before our arrival. We will update this page with specific offerings once they are announced. Examples include Pilates, beach volleyball, karaoke, live DJs, foam pool parties, and live shows.
Hyatt Ziva is a no-smoking property. Guests could face fines of up to $1,000 USD + tax.

January 13, 2027: Final payment for your room is due.
February 1, 2027: Send flight information to ashley@alpacayourbags.com so she can coordinate your transportation to the resort (included)
March 10, 2027: Let us know if you do not want to join us on the catamaran on Friday, April 9, so we can get an accurate headcount
